Tasks

Carrying out an initial analysis to assess time pressure, resource requirements and migration strategy (brownfield)
Creation of a migration concept, including planning of phases, dependencies and risk assessment
Advising management on the optimal approach and prioritization of activities
Preparation and presentation of decision papers for the company management
Taking over the project management for the subsequent S/4HANA migration, including time, budget and resource management
Management of internal and external stakeholders and coordination of all departments involved
Establishment and coordination of an extended project team for the implementation phase

Several years of experience in SAP migration projects, in particular R/3 to S/4HANA (brownfield)
Deep understanding of SAP system architectures, data migration and transformation processes
Experience in both strategic project preparation and operational project management
Analytical and structured way of working, combined with pragmatism and decisiveness
Strong communication skills at all levels, including C-level communication
Certification in project management (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA)
